NIS ELECTRONICS company was established in 1990 with entirely private Romanian capital.
In 1995 the company obtained the right of unique distributor and service support for DUPLO equipments in Romania – equipments that represent the top of Japanese technology.
In time our company has expanded its portfolio of equipments, and now NIS ELECTRONICS is authorized distributor in Romania for DUPLO, IDEAL, RENZ, LAMIBIND, GRAPHIC WHIZARD, FOLDMASTER, MAMO, CYKLOS, POWIS PARKER, RC SYSTEMS, PAVO, SPC and UCHIDA products .

In 1998 the company opened a new office in Bucharest, and in 2005, on its 15th anniversary, inaugurated the new headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, with a 150 m2 show-room offering a permanent display of the available equipments.
Continueing the extension, in July 2006 the company opened a new office in Timişoara.
The company has imposed itself on the Romanian market due to both its high quality equipments, and its staff off proffesionals.
It not only supplies performant equipments, and offers quality warranty and lifetime services, but also delivers promptly anything necessary for the sold equipments – from its large stock of consumables, supplies and spare parts.
As an acknowledgement of our customers' contentment, we introduced and applied in June 2005 a Qualitty Management System, which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2001 standard.
